New in the Alpha 2 Build

Package Manager ImprovementsPackage Manager - license

Smarter, safer, and more flexible.

Packages now require SPDX licenses, include lock files, and support additional files in the package. Dependency management is more predictable, metadata is clearer, and admin tools are improved.

The result? Cleaner workspaces, easier collaboration, and fewer headaches managing packages. Install, update, and share with confidence.

Web UI Packages

Modular WebApps, your way.

The WebApp Framework is now delivered as packages. Core packages like Web UI, Web UI Server, Web UI FlexTron, and separate theme packages give you flexibility and faster updates.

Migration tools in the Studio help you move existing workspaces to the new structure. Your apps stay up-to-date, your dependencies are predictable, and browser caching issues are handled automatically.

  • New CLI build system replaces dfcomp/dfcompconsole.
  • Reproducible builds for consistent results.
