A software subscription gives you access to:

• All updates, improvements, enhancements, and fixes for the product you’re subscribed to for one year. New licenses for DataFlex, DataFlex Reports, and Dynamic AI Named Users come with a one-year subscription starting from the purchase date. To keep enjoying these benefits, you’ll need to renew your subscription every year.
• Make changes to your product license, like adding users, connectivity kits, or more applications to the application-counted DataFlex WebApp Server licenses. Without an active subscription, you won’t be able to modify your licenses.

Here are some key points about Data Access Worldwide’s software subscription policy:

• After the first year, you need to renew your subscription every year without interruption to keep your rights to renew or make changes to your license.
• Subscriptions end one year from the last day of the month when you originally purchased the software license or its latest subscription.
• If your subscription expires, your software license will still work, but you’ll lose the subscription benefits mentioned above.
• Once a subscription expires, it can’t be renewed. The only way to get a subscription again is by buying a new license.
• You can find software subscription prices in the "Product Information Document" for each regional market.
• If you’re unsure about your subscription status or expiration date, reach out to your application developer, a Data Access Worldwide Regional Office or Channel Partner
